In order to explore the country's strong fungal heritage with more than 300 species, among which the míscaros that grow on the slopes of the Serra da Gardunha stand out, the Míscaros – Festival do Cogumelo was created.

On the third weekend of November, in the village of Alcaide (municipality of Fundão), visitors can enjoy the mycological tours and marvel at the surrounding nature of the Gardunha slope, taste different ways of making mushrooms and other specialties from region in the typical taverns specially prepared in the village. To accompany these autumn flavors and aromas, a set of actions will be presented, such as exhibitions, workshops, mushroom shows and animation.

I started working with Míscaros in 2018, having been my first professional project. For the 2021 edition, the site was redesigned. You can see the final result here.

In a first stage I used Figma to the design process and for the implementation I used HTML, CSS and JS. I'm also responsible for SEO and maintenance.
